In a public initiative called "Report to the People of the City" the Mr. Youth Politics Carlo Misiti, had claimed the responsibility of the undersigned attributing the failure of a youth center.
Having learned - so at least debatable, however - this serious statement to me at first by listening del comizio tenutosi il giorno 23/01/2011 in piazza a Cinquefrondi , al quale io stesso ero presente, e successivamente dalla lettura dei giornali, mi premuravo di chiedere alla Dirigente del settore Politiche Sociali del Comune di Cinquefrondi tutte le informazioni e la documentazione riguardante il centro di aggregazione.
In data 01/02/2011 ( nota Prot. n.1303) la Responsabile del servizio trasmetteva al sottoscritto la documentazione richiesta.
Dalla documentazione emerge e si evince chiaramente che il Centro di aggregazione provided for by Law 285/97 has been duly initiated for two annuities, and this - to be followed - his regular procedure.
On 28/03/2007 the Convention was concluded between the municipality and the cooperative Cinquefrondi of the "Jewel of the Magna Greece" for the service project on the socio-educational center under the Act August 28, 1997 No. 285.
On May 27, 2008 with Prot n.6809 was sent to the City of expenditure reporting Responsible for managing the second year.
As for the Third year, not only were several requests of the Director of Industry - who with great dedication over the years has followed the process of aggregation of the Centre by providing all the necessary documents to start transmitting the municipality and the various Responsible statements of activity - but even on 13/02/2009 myself - to support the demands of the manager - with Prot n.2226 sent to the City Primarily a letter was written verbatim in other things that
... "this is the will of Municipal Administration, started the Centre for the Aggregation Terza annualità.”…
Appare evidente quindi, dalla esatta e puntuale rendicontazione sopra esposta, che l'assessore Sig. Carlo Misiti ha detto delle falsità dovute al fatto che non avendo nulla da comunicare ai cittadini sul proprio operato ha cercato, e/o dovuto, inventarsi qualcosa: e questo solamente per aprire bocca e dare fiato, eufemisticamente quindi, per parlare inutilmente, e senza costrutto alcuno.
Lo stesso Sig.Carlo Misiti si è peraltro - cosa questa che ritengo serious and unjustified by myself but I prefer not to comment, at least for those who do not stoop to the level of those things he said - he let go, I said, for professional and personal insults to which of course does not I answer, and because everyone knows each other and have the eyes and the stories "personal success" and work in the field of study or who has spoken publicly of falsehood.
this may get a staff and independent evaluation.
Once again, then I feel obliged - ringraziandolo anticipatamente per quanto potrà e saprà fare al riguardo - a fare appello al Signor Sindaco, chiedendogli di tenere a bada qualche suo collaboratore troppo zelante che forse non ha capito la differenza che passa , o meglio, che dovrebbe passare, tra il rappresentare le istituzioni e l'essere un ultras nelle curve degli stadi.
